Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum age required in your country to use Luma Live, and in any case be at least 13 years old (or older where local law requires).

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings in the app.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post or broadcast. You grant us a licence to host, display and distribute it within the service so it can be shown to the people you share it with. You must have the rights to everything you post.

4. Community rules

Do not post or broadcast content that is illegal, sexually explicit, harassing, hateful, violent, that endangers minors, infringes others' rights, or that is spam. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. Use the in-app report tools to tell us about violations.

5. Live streams

Live broadcasts are visible to other users in real time. Hosts are responsible for their streams, and may remove and block viewers. We may end streams that break these terms.

6. Advertising

The app displays advertising provided by third parties. Advertisers are responsible for their ads.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. We may suspend or end access for violations.
